As can sometimes be expected from a new opening, there were some glitches with the service when I visited. I waited 40 minutes for a drink by the pool, even after going up to the bar to order it, and then half an hour for my luggage to be brought down upon check-out. However, other members of staff, in the restaurants for example, were friendly, welcoming and attentive.
There aren't enough loungers around the main pool (I counted 20), but there are at least double this on the beach, but it isn’t such a desirable spot – the sand is too hot and the views are of construction sites further up the bay. Water sports can be arranged, and there is a well-equipped gym.
