Personal Statement
Over the years of playing baseball, I came to fall in love with it . Baseball is a game of chess and to be successful at it you don't have to be the best athlete, but you have to be the smarter one who can dissect the other team’s weakness and attack them there.
I have learned (from baseball) what it means to work hard. Since my freshman year in high school I’ve had one goal and that is to better myself and my teammates so we can win a state championship by my senior year, Everyday (since freshman year) I've been waking up at 5 ‘o'clock in the morning to improve my play on the diamond and become an overall better athlete. Baseball has not only taught me how to work hard on the field, but also in the classroom where I try to take AP and honor classes that can challenge my learning and make me the best student I can be. I want to find a college where I can make an impact in the classroom and on the baseball field
